About the game

Ration food and water, survive the blackout, break onto the roof and build a camp.

The outbreak hits on Day 1 and you're fourteen floors up with whatever is in your apartment. The water pressure fails on Day 2, the power goes that night, and the taps run dry on Day 3. Fill the bathtub while you can.

Search the building floor by floor, pry open locked doors, and fight what's in the stairwell. Break through to the roof and build a camp: fire barrels, rain catchers, tents, planters, a workbench and a radio. Signal across the gaps, lay plank bridges and bring other survivors home.

Then go further. Take your group down to street level and the harbor, sail north to an empty fishing village and wall it into a town, and drive a thousand miles to a fortress in the mountains. Five chapters, and the dead never stop coming.

Inspired by Zombie Outbreak, the animated survival series by Beanie Survives. Above the Dead is an independent game with its own story, characters and setting, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Beanie Survives.
